If your coach/trainer in ANY way, shape, or form promotes/prioritizes supplements over proper nutrition, run in the opposite direction. If this person is selling a certain line of supplements that you have to purchase or else their plans “won’t work”, run even faster.

Nutrition should ALWAYS be the foundation to EVERY successful workout program and healthy lifestyle.

Supplements are exactly that: They supplement a healthy diet. They’re not called “foundationments”.
